Mid Autumn Vacation 2017
Our supply factories will close for annual Mid Autumn vacation between 30th September and 7th October inclusive
We will be operating a limited service 1st - 7th October. Administration and shipping of orders already in the delivery pipeline will not be affected. New order processing may be delayed by 1-2 days.
Orders scheduled for delivery up to and including 2nd October will be delivered on-time.
Orders placed immdiately before the factory closedown will take 7-10 calendar days longer than normal depending on order size and delivery track.
We will alert you if we receive orders which are likely to be affected by this short break.
